What is TeamPager?
On-call for a whole organization: schedules, rotations, incoming alerts, escalation. Not a war room, not a public status page, not incident management.
Who is it for?
Ops teams who need a pager and will not pay per seat — including people leaving Grafana OnCall OSS or Opsgenie who don't want Jira Service Management as their on-call.
Free vs Standard — what's limited?
Free is smaller: 5 members, 2 schedules, 1,000 alerts per month, 10 SMS + voice per month (when SMS ships). Standard is $89 USD / organization / month (€79 · CAD $129): unlimited members, schedules, and alerts (fair use), 500 SMS + voice. Features are the same, including SSO and SCIM.
Are features gated or only quotas?
Only quotas. Ack, escalation, schedules, SSO, SCIM — not locked behind Standard.
Is SSO or SCIM an Enterprise add-on?
No. Company SAML/OIDC (Entra, Okta, and the rest) and SCIM are on Free and Standard. We don't have an Enterprise SKU to unlock them.
Self-serve IdP setup in the app is not finished. Policy is: not gated by plan.
SMS / voice quotas?
Email is live. SMS and voice are next. When they ship: Free 10 / month, Standard 500 / month, one pool. Over the cap, sending stops until a pack or your own keys — not priced yet.
Can I invite teammates?
Yes. An owner can send an email invite. With company SSO, people can also join at first login (JIT). SCIM provisions and deprovisions from your directory — included on every plan, not an Enterprise extra. Free is capped at 5 members.
Do I need Slack?
No. Slack may be a notification channel later. The product is a web pager. If chat is down, paging still has to work.
Billing
How does billing work?
You pay per organization, monthly. Free is $0. Standard is $89 USD / month for the whole org (€79 · CAD $129) — not per seat, not per schedule. The owner manages the card and cancellation in the app.
What's the trial? How long? Do I need a card?
Thirty days of Standard, once. A card is required to start it. After you've had Standard (even if you cancel), you don't get a second trial.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you don't cancel, you pay $89 USD / month (€79 · CAD $129) and stay on Standard. If you cancel during the trial, you go to Free. There is no unpaid Standard forever.
What if I cancel?
You keep Standard until the end of the current period, then Free. The organization is not deleted. People and schedules stay. Free caps apply afterwards.
Can I go back to Free?
Yes: cancel Standard or the trial in the app. You don't create a new org. You cannot restart the 30-day trial.
