Three questions, three screens. Never mixed up.

Who is on call. Who else if nobody answers. How we actually reach a human. A channel insists on the same person; a step wakes someone new — we never let those two collapse into one graph.

1 The strip is the truth. Twelve weeks ahead, one row per rota, a line where now is. Drag a name onto a week to cover it.
2 The chain lives inside the board. Two to four steps, one wait per arrow, and a last card that says out loud that we stop. No policy graph to maintain.
3 A ladder per person, not per plan. Email, Slack, SMS, a phone call that reads the alert out loud. Ack anywhere and the rest is cancelled.
4 Ack from the message. The manager you page at 3 a.m. doesn't need an account — the link in the mail or the SMS is enough.

Company sign-in

SSO you switch on yourself.

Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace, or any SAML 2.0 / OIDC provider. You paste the metadata, we verify a TXT record on your domain, and your team signs in with their own identity. Directory sync pushes joiners and leavers in.

On Free too. There is no Enterprise plan here to unlock it, and no sales call to book.

The SSO tax

SAML, Entra, Okta, SCIM — included on Free and on Standard, not an upsell. We don't sell an Enterprise plan to turn them on. An owner sets company sign-in and directory sync in the app.

Email, Slack, SMS and phone calls are the same product on both plans. Standard just carries a bigger shared pool of SMS and voice — you don't buy “the right to be called” per head.

Any JSON body works. Send Alertmanager's fingerprint as dedupKey and a re-delivery pages nobody twice.

SMS and voice share one pool per organization; Slack and email don't count against it. SSO/SCIM: included on every plan, not a paid extra, and self-serve in the app.

A 30-day Standard trial starts in the app after you create an organization. You'll need a card. Cancel before it ends and you stay on Free. The organization is not deleted.
